Project AMAS:
Using the GalvanoScanner now is a sensitive measurement system avaible for determining the current density in an electrolyte bath. Currently, many users often make demands on an automated control system.

Within the R&D project AMAS, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economy Affairs and Energy, the manual measurement and the steering system is now be fully automated. In Project AMAS (Automated Measurement and Analysis System for Online Determination of the Current Density in Plating Baths), Engineering Office PhysiTronik took on, in cooperation with the companies KS Kunststoffbau GmbH 1, KleRo Roboterautomation GmbH and Innovative Oberflächen-, Recycling- Umwelttechnologien e.V. 2 (ORU), the challenge of development and construction of a specific measuring probe including a high sensitive sensor which could fulfill the requirements for an automatic measurement and control system (Project started Jan. 2015, ended Dec. 2016).
